The heart of the Ebony Pearl Program lies in its mentors— the dedicated Sisters of the Harambee Graduate Chapter. These inspiring Sisters serve not only as mentors but as role models and guides, embodying the values and aspirations the program seeks to instill in its participants. The program's reach extends beyond its mentors, involving community partners, guest speakers, and families who come together to support and nurture the development of these young ladies.
